Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to Druva AI by Avyaktha Intelligence. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our application, an AI-powered sports platform that allows users to manage player profiles, track performance statistics, access team-related features, and stream live sporting events. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the app, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email, and role (e.g., Coach, Trainee, Admin).
• Maintain the security of your account credentials, including access tokens and PINs.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Use of the App

The app allows users to manage player profiles, including personal metadata (e.g., height, weight, BMI, location, player type), performance statistics, video analysis, and live streaming. You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes related to sports performance tracking and team management.
• Not upload false or misleading data, including inaccurate player statistics or metadata.
• Not attempt to access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users without permission.
• Not use the app to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Druva AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases (such as credit top-ups and livestream plans) to unlock premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscription Plans: Subscriptions are available in various tiers (e.g., Plus, Pro) with different features and credit allocations. Plan details, including pricing and duration, are displayed in the app before purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or as specified) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified in advance, and the new price will apply from the next renewal period. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Credit Top-ups & Livestream Plans: One-time purchases (consumables) such as credit top-ups and livestream plans are non-recurring and are consumed upon use. These are non-refundable once consumed.

Payment Processing

All payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple (via App Store) or Google (via Google Play Store), depending on your device platform. Avyaktha Intelligence does not directly collect, store, or process your payment card information. All payment transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform. For payment-related inquiries, please refer to Apple's or Google's support.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google, as applicable. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly. Avyaktha Intelligence does not process refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play Store.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, and software, are owned by Avyaktha Intelligence or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the app without prior written consent.
• Use the app’s branding, logos, or designs for commercial purposes without permission.

User-Generated Content

You may submit player metadata and performance statistics to the app. By doing so, you:

• Grant Avyaktha Intelligence a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display this data for the purpose of operating the app.
• Represent that you have the right to submit such data and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Acknowledge that your data may be shared with your organization (e.g., team or coaching staff) as part of app functionality.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the app’s functionality.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or scrape app data.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the app’s performance or security.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your account data and associated player statistics may be deleted, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Avyaktha Intelligence is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccuracies in player statistics, data loss, or service interruptions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
